Warm up: Joint Mobility + Kettlebell Swings 2 mins.
5 rounds (take rest as needed between rounds)
Jerks 40 reps (20 l, 20 r) Complete under 3.5 minutes
Sprint 40 yards, Jog Back
Cool down: stretch + Joint Mobility work
