10 Hindu Pushups
Side Lunges l,r, 10 reps eachPractice Sessions 4-6 rounds
KB swing 15-20 reps
Hindu Pushups 15-20 reps
Active Recovery between rounds light intensity Shadow Boxing 15 secs

Boxing Practice
Jabs: Left side 30 reps, Right Side 30 reps
Jab Cross: 30 reps l,r
Jab Cross, Lead Hook 30 reps l,r
Jab Cross, Lead Hook, Rear Hook: 30 reps l,r
Jab Cross, Lead Hook, Rear Hook, Lead Upper Cut: 30 reps l,r
Jab Cross, Lead Hook, Rear Hook, Lead Upper Cut, Rear Upper Cut: 30 reps l,r

Duck down from Hook from opponent then attack with last combo from above: 30 reps l,r

Cool Down: Joint Mobility + Deep Breathing exercises.
