KB Squat to Shoulder Press 10 reps
KB windmill 5 reps each side
Pullups 5-10
Pushups 10
KB Squat to Shoulder Press 10 reps
KB windmill 5 reps each side
Pullups 5-10
Pushups 10
Then rest 1- 1:30 mins repeat round again
