Practice Sessions for the busy professional.

Kettlebells is perfect for someone who is so busy they have no clue when the gonna have time to “workout”. Instead of time consuming “workouts” we could implement short mini practice sessions that keeps us energized instead of being depleted or exhausted.Kettlebell Practice is great metabolic & energy booster in the middle of the workday. This keeps your focus fine tuned and your assertiveness for your work ramped up.

Tools needed: Your Mind & one Kettlebell. ( keep the kettlebell in your car trunk or within the office.)
Time alloted 5 min max.

Single Kettlebell Snatch 5-10 reps L, R 2 sets
Then Hold a squat or semi squat position for 1 min. Try to Relax as much as possible while holding this challenging position. Not so easy but you it will help you with the rest of your day!!

Then place your hand below your navel and let the air natural descend down into your lungs to keep you energize and focused.  Count to 10 then you are done. Your body energy is ramped up and your body will be prepared to utilize your lunch, so go ahead and grab your grub and enjoy!!
