Joint Mobility & 5 min Static PosturesWorkout:
Run 1/4 quartermile focusing on proper running technique and breath control. Run as fast as you can with proper control.
25lbs Clubbell Swipes = swing + clean + overhead smash into the swing again 5 rounds of 20 reps
rest 15 secs or as much time needed.

Joint Moblity and Tai chi for cool down.
