Reflex Drills

Using the Boxing Reflex bag:Keep you face just 2 inches in front of the bag, after striking it move your head lateral side to side to avoid the bag. If you get hit just be grateful it is a bag not some one’s fist or weapon!

Use Single Stick Thrust from various angles to hit the reflex bag. The idea is to be accurate and exercise your timing.

These are just exercises to work reflexive attributes. These are not actual self-defense tactics or strategies. Please use common sense.
