Warm Up:
Joint Mobility 10 minsPractice Session:
KB Deadlifts 5 sets of 5 reps (10 sec count going down, 1 sec count exploding up) Choose challenging weight.
Pushups 5 sets of 5 reps (10 secs going down, exploding on 1 count)

rest 30 sec to 1 min
Suspension Training Back Rows 5 sets of 5 reps( 10 sec count going down, 1 sec count exploding up) Choose challenging angle.
KB Lunge 5 sets of 5 reps (10 sec count going down, 1 sec count exploding up) Go heavy with control.

rest 30 to 1 min
Combination KB deadlift to KB lunge 2 sets of 5 reps
Pushup Variations; Transition from pushup to single arm plank left & right sides. 2 sets of 5 reps
Suspension Training Back Row (10 sec count down) into Y-Row (exploding on 1 count) 2 sets of 5 reps

Cool Down:
Restorative Movements: No static strecthing just a flow of one movement into another focusing on safely improving your range of motion in each movement.
