3 Fighting Drills: leg stomps, leg sweeps, bob & weaving, ducking, rolling with Tear Drop Bag.
2 min Double Clubbell Shoulder Cast 10lbsWorkout: 3 rounds
24 Kgs Single Arm snatch 10 reps l, r,
Burpees to Pull up (wide grip) 5 reps
Shoulder roll to jumping alternating lunges l, r, 1 min
Heavy bag: Left lead stance with right leg exploding lunge with right cross, with the left leg explode fast and hard with left hook to the body 2 mins
Crunches 30
TRX Chest Press (slow tempo 3 sec down hold for 2 up on 1) 1 min
