Martial Arts to us is a complete way of physical exercise. Our experience of martial arts is the totality of self-defense, artistic expression and health. Martial arts for us has been a platform of such honesty that you are constantly looking at yourself and you get to see your weakness. The platform supports the evolutionary process of improving your physical body because you are coordinating your focus in every movement.
Within our martial arts we train with Faith in Jesus Christ. When we practice our martial arts we remember who we are and where we came from and to where we are heading.
It gave us the discipline to live life with contentment and focus. We love it and will honor it by continually to learn and share our experience.
