Techniques are just shadows of the Truth

Techniques without intent is empty. Intent without Awareness of oneself and the enviroment you are in is misguided. Awareness begins with a truthful mind and a faithful spirit in God. Awareness can only develop by realizing the truth. The real truth can be given only from the Holy Spirit. That Spirit can only be accepted through your Faith in Jesus Christ the Son of God. When you realize these things you won’t focus on what technique to execute in the moment….you will just accept what is happening and respond truthfully and appropiately. Techniques are just the shadows of the Truth.
